LOOKING FOR others interested in friendship regardless of differing Bible views?
Greater unity comes from LOVE than trying to force the same beliefs on everybody (Colossians shows that seeking the fruitage or principles of love, joy and peace brings more growth than could numerous rules.
Romans 14:1-6 says we can fellowship while differing on Bible views. Without such freedom true love, joy and peace die. Christ spoke to and helped pagan Romans, Jewish persons and others, and we can too.
We love this beautiful planet Earth and God's creatures, appreciate personal closeness to our Father in heaven, God's Holy Spirit and the life of his son Jesus Christ. We gladly serve with Christ in helping others here on earth or from heaven. (Matthew 5:5, 6:9)
Groups may pray, meditate, read scriptures, visit, share an inexpensive meal, ask those who came to tell others of the next time and place to meet, help the needy. We do not need formal paid ministers for Bible Groups, but if a group appoints or elects group servants for legal or other reasons, it can recall nobody is perfect and consider who actually already serves the group and community in Christlike ways.
No one has to quit a church they already like but for some Bible friendship group meetings are the only way to socialize with others also interested in the Bible and being more like Christ in kindness. Regardless of differing personal or church beliefs we can all just call ourselves CHRISTIANS. Baptism can be by God's Spirit alone, normally symbolized by public water baptism.
