I was just wondering about the scream mechanism. If a lady is suddenly taken by surprise and is fearful, she's likely to let out a blood curdling scream. But that's not the natural reaction for men. So....is it a "learned" behavior? Or is it just "nature".
If it's a learned thing, then at what age? Do mothers tell their daughters about it, or does society just sort of "tell" women that that is the accepted response? When did you first scream?
I'm really desirous to know, this isn't some sort of baiting topic to stir things up. (it has nothing to do with rape, for example)
