The following quote is from the Watchtower, October 15, 1993, page 11:
"Spacious Kingdom Halls, expensive sound equipment, Assembly Halls, and attractive Bethel homes bring glory to God and offer a silent witness that he is blessing his people."
If this is true of Jehovah's Witnesses, should it not be equally true of Catholics, who through the centuries have constructed the Vatican as well as magnificent cathedrals? Protestants also have built beautiful and spacious churches. Yet Witnesses criticize the churches for their opulence and credit God's blessings for theirs. Go figure.
