2/3 of the Auditorium didn't open the Watchtower.

Hi Everybody.
Sometime I had read(many years ago) in Kingdom Ministry an article that said thatas much as two third of the auditorium didn't uses to studie the Watchtower when gone to the Watchtower Study Meeting.
Do anyone remember this mention? What was this? Perhaps someone realizing something is wrong in the Spiritual Paradise?
If not, what reveals this?I believed some guys were very angry in
Brooklyn to have to write that.
When I read this I was very surprised for such confession.
Do you know if they have admitted something like this lately, maybe
in the conventions?Or C.O. meeting with the elders.

If I remember right, there was a problem with people even bringing the WT to the Convention for the WT part, let alone having studied it that week. I think that they were just trying to keep the control up. I don't remember it being brought up after that though.

Hi Lindy,

How's school and everything in the Akron area. My son and I were there from Dayton and went through the Inventer's Hall of Fame. I bought a nice world globe in the gift shop.

Back to the subject: I think their slogan for the rank and file should be, "The flogging will continue until moral improves."

Well, I cant say I remember that point, but it is a well known fact that 3/4 of the ELDERS, CO's, and DO's dont even READ the magazines!!! So go figure, the R&F really have good examples set for them. YA THINK???

I wonder, Is it the same third commenting who also study? If not, they are saying many people comment who don't know what they're talking about!

Maybe if they'd have articles that were actually INTERESTING. You get the same recyled rhetoric each and every year. A couple articles on marriage, prophecy and how great and holy god is. I say give me something more specific, practical and relevant.
