His source tells that there will be a tougher dealing with the Elders concering sharing internal data with the public.
We wonder if this is in Germany only because of stagnation or a worldwide approach. Does anybody heared of similar rumours?

Those nitwits were never trained in the first place, except as area-wide sales managers!

My brother is a CO in Texas, and he just got back from 9 weeks of "training" in Brooklyn.
Yes all COs over the last 12 months and it will continue are being called to their respective Bethels for training. I do not have inside information but our CO shared with me a there was much about procedures, disfellowshipping and judicial matters. The Child abuse issue and how to deal with the press was also dealt with. Veryu little bible study though teaching ability was discussed.
Now this bit is pure specualtion on my part - I bet there was very little (if any) training on how to shepherd and comfort (in imitation of the Master shepherd Jesus Christ) the brothers and sisters - and especially on those traumatized for life after being sexually abused and molested.

Around the world, the COs and DOs are being taken through a school which lasts two months. They have to cover such things as Bible prophecy (the Daniel book again!!!!) - they even have to do demos!! It's much like the MTS/Gilead courses only shorter.
Asto the rumor about being harder on the publishers, it's just that, a rumor - isn't it??

We have just had feed back from someone who finished the course.
Most of it is organizational procedure. Very little actual Bible study.
So what's new?
