    I always enjoy your posts.

My frustration here is with 'liberals' in this organization.
I know that decent, caring brothers and sisters exist
in Bethel and local congregations. I can believe that they
feel bad about what's happening and the lack of principle
in the Watchtower Society. But time and time again, this
stupid cruel leadership gets away every crime committed
because their 'helpers' are so servile. When does it
ever end? When do they say "NO!"?

Once, and ONLY ONCE, did I ever see Knorr actually
approach something resembling a humble moment. He
was forced to ask Bethelites to stay a little longer
because they fell so far behind at the factory.

The point was, he had to be nice, for a moment,
because they could just walk away - and that's
it! PEOPLE CAN JUST WALK AWAY! You can tell the Borg
you're depressed! You can say you have a chronic illness
that no one can diagnose (pick one!).

I'm sorry for the rant, I get so upset hearing that
CO's will be grousing about flip-flops on college.
Well, what are they gonna do about it? Hide in a corner
and complain? If they can't take a stand, can they at
least quit? Are they (and the kind hearted Bethelites)
so afraid of getting jobs in the world that they will
go ON SPENDING THE REST OF THEIR LIVES , prostituting
themselves every time a moral choice comes along?
Is this organization so pathetic that they can produce
    only one hero like Dunlap?

    Sorry, Max
    I'm working on patience

    met.
As the saying goes "I feel your pain" . The way I view things is that fighting the org. is a lot like gurellia warfare. there will be a time when the battle will be joined on the open field with the lines clearly drawn. Until then stealth is the means of survival for many, myself included. The courage it takes for ones who have been at high organizational levels to post here is commendable. It probaly does more to shake the org. to its core when the hear that there is truly "no place to hide" when it comes to having their dirty laundry aired.
hang in there , the light at the end of the tunnel is not an oncoming locomotive.

    Hello Jeffory,

I've not posted to you before - I am the Old Woman here (metaphorically speaking) and want to welcome you, as I'm sure others have done.

The courage it takes for ones who have been at high organizational levels to post here is commendable. It probaly does more to shake the org. to its core when the hear that there is truly "no place to hide" when it comes to having their dirty laundry aired.

I hope the WTBTS some day feels that there really is "no place to hide" and can stop being like the Catholic Church (and others) in buying off, threatening, censuring, etc., their own people.

And commendations to all those that come to the Internet knowing that they have something to lose if found out - but they still come and communicate truths to us.

Got a frantic phone call from someone who had seen your post but misunderstood it.

I wrote a reply last night, and today I see it's disappeared somewhere in cyberspace. Don't keep copies of what I write, just beat it out, so I need to do it all over again. Drat.

Send me an e-mail with your address so I can respond privately. I'd love to connect. Neither you nor I are scratching more than the surface publicly ...

Wasasister stole my line: Thank God for the comma.

    Later,
    Max
