THat is the worse rehash ever.
Return of the Jedi was to be Revenge of the Jedi. But after they printed up all this promo stuff lucas relized jedi don't get revenge. Worse tie in ever. Those sith better be really revengeful.

Here's the release date scoop
The circle will at last be complete when Star Wars: Episode III is released to theaters in the United States and Canada, with a near-simultaneous release around the world, on Thursday, May 19, 2005. In Japan, Episode III will be released in July, the traditional month for Star Wars premieres.

Here's a background to the story of the new title....
The Sith are masters of the dark side of the Force and the sworn enemies of the Jedi. They were all but exterminated by the Jedi a thousand years ago, but the evil order continued in secrecy. They operated quietly, behind the scenes, acting in pairs - a Master and an Apprentice - patiently biding their time before they could take over the galaxy. In Episode III, they'll finally exact their revenge on the Jedi.
