  I have in the past used signs at conventions and KH that are embarasing to the JWs because they bring the mind control mentality of the JWs to the fore things that the witnesses shy away from on initial calls with people because they haven't been indoctrinated yet. These thing the JW will acknowledge as true,, but not in exact the words I use. I think these type of signs are effective because they will make some JW's think.
  

  I don't plan on the near future to do this but maybe a little later down the road when I have the urge and drive I will. Maybe you have some better ideas about what a sign should say,, BTW I think signs that use the bible to try and teach the JW something doctrinal are a huge waste of time. Here are a few I thought of:

  Jehovah will kill children at Armageddon, join the Watchtower now before it is too late

  Jehovah will kill 99.9% of the non-Jehovah witness children at Armageddon. Join now while there is still time and save your children from a horrible death.

  The world is going to end and only Jehovah's Witnesses will survive

  Only people loyal to the Watchtower will get everlasting life

  Stay loyal to the Watchtower and you will survive Armageddon

  The Governing Body is Jehovah's mouthpiece, only they have the right to speak for God Almighty

  All persons who lack faith in the Watchtower will be destroyed at Armageddon

  I think one should do this in clothes that identify one as a JW, perhaps even carry a book bag and make out that you are a JW to the comunity.

  Hi Frankiespeakin, My sign was given to me by undaunted Danny and reads "jehovah witness destructive cult, thousands of dead kids from their bogus medical dogma" and also there are 2 bumperstickers at the bottom which say "stop watchtower abuse" and give the addresses to silentlambs and freeminds. I do realize that picketing probably wont help in any way to bring JW's out from the Org, So I do my picketing as a community service to help warn the unsuspecting public. It is futile to try to argue with JW's, the best thing we can hope for is to help keep innocent people from being deceived into this cult. By the way I have just started picketing, and I have cut my teeth so to speak, by picketing the local kingdom halls.

  I think the community service is a good approach. That's why I pick KH or assemblies that have lots of public access (on main well traveled roads). I think if we do it for the public 80% and 20% for Jws we will have more success. And we know how the JW's are always thinking about not bringing any reproach on Jehovah so if we do it more for the public and use words that the public can easily understand the more we help the captive JWs. When they read our signs they will think about how the public is veiwing these and we might possibly get them to think similarly.

  Excellent idea!!!

  Kill them with they're own words. I am pretty impressed. Hell, I would even have one of those signs around my neck. I may even put in one of they're pictures for added effect.
