Just get the total amount baptized for one year, and subtract their percentage of increase. That's a rough number since you gotta take into account all the deaths.

Some years ago, when there were some 4,000,000 JWs around, they said 40,000. If the percentage remains, it should be towards 70,000 by now. 1 % die, so if the number is 6,500,000 and 300,000 are baptized, you should have 6,500,000 + 300,000 - 65,000 dead = 6,735,000. Any less than that "ought" to have disappeared - BUT, this math does not work, because you don't have to be baptized in order to evangelize. Some years ago, they said 1/4 of the evangelizers were not baptized. Some start, then quit, then pop up again etc. - so the math is as close to impossible to sort out as you can get.
