We can't see the image because it is on your local hard drive and no one on the internet (except you) can see what is on your hard drive.
Try putting the image on a personal web site or uploading it to this site. In the upper-left-hand corner of this web site you will see a "Files" link where you can upload the image so you can post it here.

It's a grocery store banner.
Artichokes / three for a dollar...
this was also a sensationalistic headline in the Japanese Times about a down and out ninja hit man named Artosan who killed a set of triplets for a pittance to support his souchong habit..
" Arty chokes three for a dollar! ...story on page three "
