Hi guys. Can anyone help?
Just installed messenger 6.2. But now, everytime i boot up computer it automatically pops up and asks me to sign in. I want it to stay quiet until i want to use it. This is really bugging me!! Does anyone know how to stop it doing this?
When it pops up, go to tools, options, and general, then uncheck the box next to where it says 'automatically run messenger when I log onto windows'.
there should be something you can un-check--if you go to preferences under MSN Messenger (at the tool bar) and then click "general"-there should be a section that says "run this program when computer starts"

Thanx!! sorted. It was really bugging me. I'm no computer expert. It annoys me when it does things when i dont tell it to. A bit like my kids!
Actually while I'm on roll with u techies. Can I use my digital camara as a webcam?

You can use it as a web cam if it says you can in the instructions. If it doesn't mention anything, then no!
