Eh well I got all my xmas shopping done for the kids today and didn't even step out of the house. Once again Sassy would be proud of me as I now own several million dollars worth of Mattel stock, eh well it feels like it anyway...*LOL* I mostly used Amazon, but I still have some gifts to buy for others so i thought I would ask...What are some of your favorite places online to shop for stuff?

    Sincerely,

    District Overbeer

Well, Ebay for starters. I bought two Nintendo DS game systems at Target a few weeks ago. One for Rhys and the other to sell on Ebay as I was pretty sure most stores would sell out quickly. Looks like I might be right on that one.

I bought some cool "Life is Good" stuff at a place called JB Goods. There prices were normal and I received the goods in two days. I love that. Shipping was a flat $8 plus $1 for each additional item. I bought four items and paid $11 shipping.. The mailing label showed the actual cost was $16+. That's pretty nice from an online company.

I just bought some stuff this afternoon from www.paragongifts.com. They sent me a catalog with some pretty cute stuff so I bought some online. I also just customized a photo album at www.ofoto.com . I upload all my digital pics there so it was easy to create an album of our year's adventures.

Ebay is still my fave though.

Not buying any Barbies this year. We are so done with that, thank dog.

www.cartoonnetwork.com is also a good one. Princess' son has put a big wish list on my computer, so shopping for him is pretty easy.

I also use www.barnesandnoble.com and www.potterybarn.com Many of these places offer free shipping too, if you buy over a certain amount. Pottery Barn's site was free shipping for selected items. A great deal.

Ebay is really good, if you can be sure the item will arrive on time.

I heard a great place to shop was www.freeminds.org/ . They've got some great reading material at The WatchTower Store, especially that new novel, In The Truth, by Paul McCool.

    Love To All,

    Paul
