WooHoo!!!!
That's really cool!!! I too, received many from the 'exchange' program. *wide grin*
I put mine around my small tree.
I like your decorations, too. I made my own flashing LED x-mas decoration, from a re-cycled flasher. I took it to my cousins' house - and saw that they didn't have any blinking lights on their tree. I asked if they would like to put one on their tree - and handed my little battery operated flashing LED to them.
Well... long story short... I lost my flashing LED. hahahahahaha
It's okay though - I have another couple of flashing LED doo-dah's that I can revive with a battery.

Country Woman: We received so many wonderful cards. I wish I was better at Christmas cards as you wll know I just haven't got how to do it down right LOL
hehe... I see the card I sent you!
I love to get Christmas cards and I recieved many many cards from friends here in the forum. I did send some to the same persons I did last year, but i guess maybe some have moved. But I did get beautiful cards and I would like to send out more next Christmas. I mailed 100 cards. It cost quite abit, but hey who cares I just love sending them.
So here I am asking friends on the board, if you want me to add you to my Christmas list, please don't hesitate to post me.
Christmas was very lovely this year and it was a White one. Now tonight its windy but most of the snow is gone as it rainned yesterday all day.
So to all of you let me wish you a very happy new year..
Love Orangefatcat....
I also saw my x-mas card on your door....
You always make the best x-mas cards country_ women....
Question though....How long does everyone keep up their cards and do you throw your cards away or keep them all in boxs when the season is over??
Morty has loads of shoe boxs full of old cards...
Morty, my cards will be on the door until the end of January, then I they are going to a childrens hospital where they are used to keep the children busy.... (and after that my room looks so empty)
But, in fact I keep all of them: scanned the most funny - lovely - nice - a.s.o. and have them in my computer and also a overview (with the names). That way a lot of my hard disk is filled with cards and pictures. Did I ever mention that my computer is my hobby ? obvious is'nt itt ?
I noticed my christmas card too on your door.
I also keep my cards and I use them to make little personal gifts for friends and also invitations or name tags at christmas and then I embelish them with a bell their name on a smmall tag, i used gold lettering or you can stamp their name on the tag and a small pine cone that has a small poinsetta on top. Then I punch two hole in the cards and add a festive ribbon. This year I made them for my girlfriend big floppy dog. You may remember her from the past. Anyway she loved them and this coming Christmas she is going to put them on her Christmas Tree.
I love to create things. I saw a few ideas on television for a gift with a personal touch. you get your card and cut it to show the best part of the card, you get a small square jewelry box about six by four. you glue the front of the card on the box and glue a nice frame around the card like sequins, ribbon or cord and also use that along the exterior of the box. Then in the box you place a small piece of pretty paper or lace or whatever and oh yes you have to punch a hole in the top side of the box so you put your festive cord or ribbon to hang it up and inside you place a small christmas wooden ornament or whatever you have. They look great and it makes two decorations for your tree. Great to give as housewarming at christmas too.
Use your imagination and you'll suprise yourself how many things you can create. Its a real stress buster too. I put on christmas music and candles and comfortable place to work quietly and voila your a master of creativity..
