Lost my Password to OE

I somehow changed my password while I was insane/drunk/other and now cannot figure it out for Outlook Express. Just wondering if anyone knows how to retrieve it, or is it a lost cause...?

nevermind...i just deleted my registry keys and set up a new account in the same name...it detected everything and reinstalled everything practically on its own.

Computers are freakin amazing.
