Anyone who knows the answer to this can reply.

I have a customer in Norway and I have to send him a refund. I need to specify the money denomination, so am wondering if I can do Euros? I have asked my customer but he hasn't replied to me for two days.

So, I need to know so I can go to the bank.

    Thanks.

    Hello Mulan!

We don't use Euros in Norway, we are still using NOrwegian Kroner, or NOK as our denomination.

    Have a nice day

Norway isn't in the EU so it doesn't use the euro. Their unit of currency is the krone, but you may have trouble getting that from an American bank. I doubt there would be much difference for your customer between exchanging dollars and euros.

Thanks, that is what I needed to know. He told me to send him a cashier's check, so he may be thinking U.S. dollars too. I will ask at the bank. I have done this before for customers in other countries at our bank.

Sometimes customs won't allow some of the items (nutritional supplements) so they are returned to me and I have to refund.
