Theocratic Warfare/What's Up With That?

  Hi all, at the risk of sounding ignorant, I'm going to present this question anyway. I hear all the talk about Theocratic Warfare and all it's implications. What exactly constitutes Theocratic Warfare, and if it entails lying, as I've heard it to be, how do they justify it?

  I haven't heard/seen any mention of Theocratic Warfare in the literature or in talks for a long time. If anyone else has, references would be appreciated.
