Memorial Alternative

Hey what do you guys think of starting up like a thread on the night of the memorial to just relate reasons why we are happy to have left the organization and things we are greatful for? This is going to be the first year for me in not attending the memorial and I think it might be sort of strange. Believers and unbelievers alike still have reasons to be grateful and I think this could be a nice little tradition every year here at JWD.

i remember someone (i think it was simon) said it before on here, everyone member of jwd should go to the memorial and drink the wine as they pass it around, then ask for more. i think that would send a ripple through jw land.

Yeah, but we talked Simon out of it. The most lovely memorial I have heard of is invite a few friends over for wine and bread and a prayer.
