Why is it?

Can anyone explain to me why in John 2:18-21 where Jesus is asked by the Jews what signs he gives "...since he was doing these things...", why he replies..."Break down this temple, and I will raise it up in three days..." (referring to the temple of his body). Why is it that he states, "...I will raise it up..."? Mmmm?

I have it on good authority that he made a mistake! Just like Thomas did, when he showed he couldn't count!

What on earth are you on about? Mistakes? I thought only the F&DS makes mistakes on behalf of Jehovah?
Are telling me that God makes mistakes too?
In that case, God/Jesus, Thomas etc must have been on one of the early Gilead Schools? Right?
