classmates.com... a jw witnessing tool?

  I joined classmates a few days ago... just a temporary membership...to see what it's all about. When you're a member you can join message boards that have to do with interests you might have. One of those groups discusses religion, and it's one of the largest groups. I scrolled through the topics, an lo and behold a jw has been using it for field service for a very long time. He discusses the daily text. I was going to post and ask if he's counting his time... I just didn't have the energy.

  i'm partially a member...i didn't pay the membership fees...but i can read other posts from classmates..

  Of course that guy is counting his time. Why else would he be doing it?

  Aw, come on, do it! Explain the concept of counting time in your post, too, so everyone reading it will recognize he is reporting on them.

  Sure looks like this Jim dude is counting time. Wish I were a Paid member, I'd question his motives.

  A perfect "start" to your ministry counting time. 1] Post up the day text at home with a coffee 2] wander off on a series of phantom return visits and not homes that you know are not likely to be in , then 3] wander home, log on again post a response to your daytext thread and violla! a whole morning to report and he never spoke to anyone.
