If you subscribe you should have at least a bit of a business background.
If invited by a member you get a free month with all the search facilities.

You can also sign up for free without some search functions.

Are you in Linkedin.com too? that is pretty similiar. There are so many networking online sites now, it is hard to keep up with them all. I am a member of spoke.com too, but I think they just flipped from a free service to a paid one.
