In a small frying pan melt a generous amount of butter.
Cut 2 apple bananas in half and then in half again. If you can't get the small frying bananas you can use regular bananas but buy them a little on the green side.
Fry the bananas in the pan until golden brown.
Mix in with the bananas a full table spoon of good honey.
Add several pinches of brown sugar.
Top everything generously with cinnamon.
Add a splash of rum in the carmelized sauce.
Remove the bananas from the pan on a serving plate.
Top the served bananas with the carmelized/rum sauce from the pan with a spoon.
Top lightly with powdered sugar and coco powder.
Top that with shaved coconut.
