I was in Best Buy yesterday and I saw a display with a photograph of a new phone that plays MP3s. On the phone's screen was "J Dub". At first I didn't know what to think... could there be a JW programmer out there with a since of humor?

After I got home I typed in "J Dub" and discovered that there is a music artist who goes by that name. Poor guy.

Long ago a pregnant workmate of mine named her baby Jesus. She is Hispanic and from the "old country" where it's a common name like Juan.

It was just too weird for me to call him baby Jesus. I nicknamed him baby "J". Since then I've noticed other Hispanic guys with that name, I wonder if they get teased about it?

Kids have it hard enough without having a weird name to contend with.

That's a lot like the way many Muslims name their sons Muhammad.

I believe the Latino "Jesus" is pronounced "Hey-soos".

No, the kids named Jesus, dont get teased about it. Its a very comon name, especially if you happen to have a birth date on Dec, 25. Why would they get teased about it? People can be sooo ignorant.

The term J-Dub reminds me so much these days of one of Marge Simpsons twin sister's pet iguana - Jub-Jub.
