Where can I get a wt cd rom??

I know that this has probably been asked a million time but does anyone know where I can get a wt cd-rom (if anywhere)?? And does it have all the publications on it or just the wt and awake???

The kingdom halls usually will order them for you. They go back to 1950 for the wts and books, i believe.

Thanks but I'm df'd and not to keen on re-establishing any sort of contact with the kh. Anywhere else I can get it? I want to try to write a letter to my parents with comparitive research from their own publications proving contradictions in their teachings. The only problem is I don't have any wt publications left except the bible. I pitched them all when I left. Any suggestions??

unfortuneately you cannot show the inconsistences from the CD rom. The WT changes what it puts in there.

Gentil Times revisited by CO Jonnson is good for comparing WT old stuff.

Also, James Penton's book "Apacalypse Delayed" has some inconsistencies in them.

I doubt your parents would believe the changes unless they look at their own literature and see it in their own library.

Thanks everyone. Your probably right Joyzabel. It's a very big long shot at best and your right my parents wouldn't even consider looking at quotes from books that were not wt official. I doubt they'll even consider anything I send with an open mind, they'll probably just say I have taken all the quotes out of context. I really feel that I need to try something though and this is the only thing I can think of because it won't lead to a heated verbal debate and they won't feel guilty reading it because I want to use all wt pub. and bible quotes. I didn't realize that the information on the cd was changed though. What does that mean?? That they don't include things that they have since changed the "interpertation" of (such as the last generation)?

I asked my dad to send me the wt cd. I plan on using it for the same reason. He wont listen to me unless I can show him where the wt is wrong from their own publications. Snowflake maybe we can research together once I get the disks. let me know

It has not been proven that anything very much has been changed in the cd version lit.

One thing that has been emphasized in the successful freeing of a jw is that it takes time, sometimes lots of it. During this time, it is better to give them small spoonfuls at a time, since the real truth is very caustic and provokes a strong wt response from the jw immune system. Good luck.
