The last i remember being a jw was that it was Adam & Eve that brought on Disease and aging and you name it from their sinning.

Here's something you might find amusing:
At one point the existence of germs or micro-organisims was strongly disputed. It was taught that disease was the result of a "wrong vibration" and that aluminum cookware was the true source of many serious illnesses.

So did god create viruses and germs that cause disease, but our "perfect" bodies weren't affected by them?? Why did he create these viruses and germs??
I want to have this discussion with my JW mom, but I need to be prepared.

My JW parents once told me that God sent AIDS to punish homosexuals and others who are promiscuous.

What I feel is relevant is that the supposed FDS has made so many MAJOR mistakes in its view of the origin of disease. This is the group that has been claiming it's been led directly by an infallible god.
