I would really like to know the answer to this question--After me beeing in there for 32 years i still dont know what they have done to better the world---They leave as fast as they come in--If it was so great in the watchtower why did they leave? There are only 6 million jws in the world--There is 6 billion in the world--All i have seen is a bunch of people like zombies---Their answer to everything is field service----Never call on a person that has doubts--Maybe in a year they might call on that person--They rather knock on not at homes--Looks better on the time sheet-It took 32 years to find out i wasted my time--Too late now--Sixty nine and counting--Thanks for letting me share--The Hag

The overall picture is that they have offered nothing good to the world since any good they did is outbalanced by the harm they have caused.

Their leaders are not willing or perhaps capable of properly running a large religious org with complex needs like this.

Honesty

Now, let's be realistic and objective about the WTBTS.

They have had some success, after all.

Look at all the people they have:

Deceived into believing they are God's mouthpiece.

Kept away from the source of salvation, Jesus Christ.

Caused emotional pain by breaking their family and extended family up with the dastardly JW shunning policy.

Dehumanised by inculcating hatred into their hearts for 6 billion people who are going to be offed by God soon; so don't worry if the householders try to teach you about how wrong the WTBTS is because only JW's have real truth.

Helped commit suicide because they feel worthless in God's eyes due to WT browbeating and cajoling out of them more then the scriptures require.

They are destroying spiritually with their blasphemous lies about the real Jesus.

Come on guys and girls, let's give the bastards credit where credit is due.

They have done only one thing that I can think of. Because of the legal team in place they have help strenghten human rights around the world but it was for selfish reasons not to help the world but to help themselve.

The harm is ignoramus the lives that have died inn prisons the family that have been divided. The blood policy was the biggest for me I once believed in it with all my soul. Then I step aside looked up the information on blood from the Society then read scriptures like Duet. 14:21, Lev. 17:15, also the admidts that the are two different standards for the anionted Jew and then rest of the world look at Insight On the Scriptures Vol 1 pages 345, paragraph 6. I got into trouble because I was telling the brothers and sisters what the insight book said. THe Elders did like what the Insight say's. Why because it tells the truth two different laws. Most are not of the little flock according to the Society we are of the great crowd so this loftier requirement is not on us out of their own words.

So the family's destroyed because of the THIER BLOOD LAW is huge and I hope they pay for their sins.

They've created a bunch of mindless drones for one. They've also led people to abandon their true friends and family, the people who will be there no matter what, to follow their twisted cult.

I can't think of anything positive they've done for the world.

They've done some good eg helped people to quit smoking and they have more stable family lives. But on balance the evil deeds are far more.

I have to respectfully disagree on that they helped create more stable family lives. Where I grew up at they demolished family ties, creating chaos. I don't know of any who had "normal famlies". They seemed to thrive on dividing families. They have allowed pedophilies to hide among them. The victims are victimized AGAIN by WBTS. Encouraged not to seek help. Alot of times the blame is placed on them. I'm just speaking from my own experience.
