Not according to anything they have yet written that i know of. If you were not baptized, you were never really a JW, so the question of whether you still want to be a JW would be moot. You are simply a person of the world in their eyes, your former association notwithstanding.
You might want to refer to this thread to get a flavor for how they have dealt in the past and currently deal with unbaptized "wrongdoers".
Becoming baptized is a contract. Since you never were baptized, there is no contract to break. If no contract was ever in existence, the elders cannot enforce any action that may come against you.
