Was wondering if anyone ever used essential oils? I became interested in them several years ago but haven't used them for a long time.

My family and I take Udo's Choice Oil Blend every day for our various skin problems, and it seems to help. We get it from the Vitamin Shoppe.

Es, hunt around to find wholesalers. They usually will sell to you with a minimum order. I am not talking about companies like Young Living, (although they have good EOs,) but the little lotion and soap houses that sell raw goods to crafters. They usually have access to quality bulk and will sell not-for-retail packaged EOs for good prices. For instance, one guy I deal with sells the same stuff from excellent sources that I can get at YL for about a third the price. Another company I deal with has a huge selection of EOs and Fixed oils at excellent prices.
Of course, this is in the States, but it should give you an idea of prices and what to look for. Lots of Essential oils come from your corner of the globe, so if you can find a good wholesale house you should be able to stock up.
I use them for many different applications, but mostly because they smell so nice! LOL! My favorite is Black Spruce/Cypress blend I use to "freshen up" my office space since the windows don't open. I also like Ginger for a pick-me-up. I use Sandalwood in Grapeseed carrier oil for male clients. It smells like soap instead of florals. But GOOD sandalwood. Not fragrance oil, which is all chemicals. blech.
