See the Detroit Free Press article entitled "Web visits puts man in jail. Jordanian is threat to national security, FBI says."

The accused, Mohammad Radwan Obeid, has also been charged with immigration fraud. The judge handling his case, says he believes Obeid's claims of writing a book on terrorism and conversion to Jehovah's Witnesses in 2004 are merely a front to his real motives for being here in the U.S.

In Iran and North Korea the government sets up firewalls to keep people from visiting websites not approved by the government. In the US they arrest you for visiting websites they don't approve of.

If he's in the country illegally, deport him and don't let him back in. If you have prove that his religious experience with the JWs and book writing are a cover, fine, arrest him but just "believing" that they are a cover isn't good enough.

You got that right but the problem is that they passed the patriot bill in which they can hold you for suspicion without any evidence indefinately . How you like that Bush administration ?
