How would you define the act of fraud that the GB has committed?

They gain your trust in them to speak for God in which you gave them years of service at bethel all with the espressed understanding that they were God's FDS.

If one could dig up witnesses that the Governing Body knew they were not what they claim,,and still went on the path of visious champiegn to detroy them socially among thier peers in retailiation for blowing the whistle...

Religions are exempt from the trade description act(UK)which businesses can be sued over. The same applies to claims of fraud in the USA and this has been tested in court. The only way forward would be to show that The Watchtower Bible & Track Society is in fact a publishing business supplying literature to Jehovah’s Witnesses. The claims made in their literature may then become relevant.

The problem is they have huge amounts of money to fight any such claim with. They could drag any case on for years until the claimant ran out of funds.

Yes, but even though they were draging thier feet they gave a very bad Witness, take the Ted Jarazcs thing with Panarama,,that has got to be the most pathetic snotty old man tyrant interview of a Governing Body member to beat all times. How many friends have seen that interview and started to have serious reservations,,IF that's the case TJ you might as well tie a mill stone around your neck for stumbling so many out of the truth by your unchristian actions on TV no less to be viewed over and over by the scores of R&F over and over and over where does it end my friend???
