JW Maria Gauci from Weston super Mare was killed on Tuesday in a multi vehicle pile up on the north-bound carriageway of the M5 close to the Gloucester/Cheltenham interchange.
Maria was married to Chris also from Weston. She was a member of the Kafetzis family who originally came to Weston from Cyprus in the early 60's.
Most of the family are witnesses and live locally.
