Actually, if you look on the website, it's shareware. So the author is making $20 a copy (if the dubs actually register). Looks like a pretty decently made program, at least.

Agreed. I was thinking this would be great to use in mail into headquaters. Something along the lines of the protest checks. The program also completes a Bible Study form. Hmmm, the possibilities...

Hell, any SDK provides a random number generator and a compiler. Create random dates, random numbers of hours, random magazines, and generate a years worth for every sand upon the seashore and send these into Brooklyn in postal bags (like we would get WT mags in years ago) and label the bag - North Pole, Santa's Village.

The point is that time spent (supposedly) in god's service should never be inquired in by humans. Why should they have to know anyway? Because they want to whip all the individuals and congos that don't perform well enough with the elders and the COs. The slave workforce has to meet a minimum of work.
