    Is this still 'present truth'?

    *** w79 3/1 18 Faith in Jehovah's Victorious Organization ***23 What, then, should be our position today? Is there any cause for us to lose faith in Jehovah’s visible organization because of mounting difficulties in this world? Those who believe that Jehovah will never desert his faithful witnesses answer, “Absolutely not!” In demonstration of such faith, we will keep on sticking to it and working with it without slacking the hand. Our unwavering faith will be rewarded with victory and the crown of life!

    I should have highlighted the following for clarification:

    Is there any cause for us to lose faith in Jehovah’s visible organization

    The WTBTS demands faith in the organisation but the Bible is clear where our faith should be:

    *** Rbi8 Matthew 18:6 ***
    6 But whoever stumbles one of these little ones who put faith in me

    *** Rbi8 Mark 11:22 ***
    22 And in reply Jesus said to them: “Have faith in God.

    *** Rbi8 John 1:12 ***
    12 However, as many as did receive him, to them he gave authority to become God’s children, because they were exercising faith in his name;

    *** Rbi8 John 2:11 ***
    11 Jesus performed this in Ca'na of Gal'i·lee as [the] beginning of his signs, and he made his glory manifest; and his disciples put their faith in him.

    *** Rbi8 John 2:23 ***
    23 However, when he was in Jerusalem at the passover, at its festival, many people put their faith in his name,

    *** Rbi8 John 3:16 ***
    16 “For God loved the world so much that he gave his only-begotten Son, in order that everyone exercising faith in him might not be destroyed

    *** Rbi8 John 3:18 ***
    He that exercises faith in him is not to be judged. He that does not exercise faith has been judged already, because he has not exercised faith in the name of the only-begotten Son of God.

    *** Rbi8 John 6:35 ***
    35 Jesus said to them: “I am the bread of life. He that comes to me will not get hungry at all, and he that exercises faith in me will never get thirsty at all

    *** Rbi8 John 6:39-40 ***
    40 For this is the will of my Father, that everyone that beholds the Son and exercises faith in him should have everlasting life, and I will resurrect him at the last day.”

    *** Rbi8 John 8:30 ***
    30 As he was speaking these things, many put faith in him.

    *** Rbi8 John 11:25-26 ***
    He that exercises faith in me, even though he dies, will come to life; 26 and everyone that is living and exercises faith in me will never die at all.

    *** Rbi8 John 12:44 ***
    44 However, Jesus cried out and said: “He that puts faith in me puts faith, not in me [only], but in him [also] that sent me;

    *** Rbi8 Acts 10:43 ***
    To him all the prophets bear witness, that everyone putting faith in him gets forgiveness of sins through his name.”

    *** Rbi8 Acts 20:21 ***
    21 But I thoroughly bore witness both to Jews and to Greeks about repentance toward God and faith in our Lord Jesus.

    *** Rbi8 1 Timothy 1:16 ***
    16 Nevertheless, the reason why I was shown mercy was that by means of me as the foremost case Christ Jesus might demonstrate all his long-suffering for a sample of those who are going to rest their faith on him for everlasting life.

    The March 1979 WT article is just a sample of the many blasphemous 'truths' coming out of the mouth of the WatchTower Bible and Tract Society.

    For as long as my memory serves me, from around 1945 to the present time, It has always been HAVE FAITH IN THE ORGANIZATION and this would lead your faith through the organization and to Jehovah through Jesus.

    It is always the organization first, that you must "please" and accept.
