Just wanted to give you guys the update. It's a really nice group; lots of artsy fartsy types. Very congenial. My main supervisor is a very nice guy. He wore sandals and shorts today to work! He likes to tell corny jokes. I just laugh, even if they aren't funny. I have been in lots of training the past few days and will continue.
My new job is just what I wanted!

That's wonderful!!! I knew it was just a matter of time. And us artsy-fartsy types can be a lot of fun to work with. Unless you're an anal-rententive rule/schedule follower. Then we're just a pain in the @$$.

COOL! It makes all the difference doing a job you actually like. I don't know anything about your old job (must have been pre me registering) but if it made you miserable, you'll probably find your general health improves lots too - once you've got through the training period which can be tiring.
