Friday says Adam will be resurrected? I thought he was the cause of all the trouble the world is in?
I thought the ultimate test was for a perfect man to decide whether or not they would submit to god's rule?
I am interested in knowing if the Watchtower has changed its teaching on this.

Ya, I seem to remember being told that Adam and Eve would NOT be resurrected, since as perfect people, their sin was totally their choice - no imperfections to blame it on.

I was taught the same. If Adam and Eve were perfect they had NO chance of resurrection.
I was also told that Adolf Hitler had no chance either.
Anyone else ever hear that one???

When you look back, wasn't it NICE to have everything and everyone in little boxes? Everything so sure. (I don't think!)
Yet the JDubs loved to criticise the Catholic Church for its canonising of its saints.

Depends on your timeframe:
Adam -- from resurrection to no resurrection.
1928--"Just when Adam will be awakened, only the Lord knows. It may be early or it may be late during the period of restoration" (J. F. Rutherford, Reconciliation, pp. 323, 324).
1939--"There is no promise found in the Scriptures that Adam's redemption and resurrection and salvation will take place at any time. Adam had a fair trial for life and completely failed" (J. F. Rutherford, Salvation, p. 43).
Yes Adam and Eve will be ressurrected!
They MUST be judged!!!
ALL FLESH that did not take part in the first ressurecction and had died WILL come back. That is the general ressurrection that will take place at the end of the 1,000 yr reign.
They will be raised and then judged...The Lambs scroll is read!!!
They are either ressurrected to LIFE or they are ressurrected to JUDGEMENT (and then thrown into the lake of fire) destroyed both body and soul.
Yes they were told that "from dust you are and to dust you will return". That happened. But everlasting destruction is yet to take place for them. After they are raised and read!
