PGA, GO AWAY!!

  My commute sucks!!!!!!!!!!

  Every day, traffic everywhere. I hate it. I got off at an exit about 10 miles from the course, in a bad area no less, and people are holding me up from making my right turn on red because they get lost. I love golf, but this is the pits since I'm not on vacation. I can't even take my short cuts without passing already rich azz people trying to make a buck off of everyone. Ok, so maybe I'd be doing the same thing, but either way, I've almost been late to work each day this week. I will leave at 6:30am tomorrow.

  I understand your inconvenience. Let me ask? How often does it happen? This is the PGA's last 'major' tournament so it's a big deal. It will help the local economy at your inconvenience.

  I sure wish the PGA tournament was my biggest complaint in life!

  They come to my town too, but it's no big deal. A little extra traffic, who cares? They boost the local economy! Look at the positive, instead of focusing on negatives you have no control over.

  It is great, I'm mainly referring to the traffic, which is already very bad in that area to begin with. I'd love it if I were off and could actually watch these great golfers play.

  LS, next Monday you'll be back to normal. Yes, its an inconvenience. By the way, have you got tickets to see the big boys play? Poor Tiger shot 75 today! Still three days to go, with the hot weather and pressure, Hmmmmmm, lots of golf yet to be played.

  lol, you shoulda been here when the POPE came to visit! I took the time off work, so I wouldn't have to deal with the traffic.

  We had the LPGA here a couple of weeks ago, I would love to have gone. Sorry you're missing it, ls.

  People are charging $100 to park in their driveways and yards!

  That would happen to me where I used to live. Once I got routed into a parking area when I was trying to get to work. Took my regular shortcut and the road had been turned into a "one way in" kind of thing. I messed them up turning around and I felt like an idiot, but I had to.
  Been through it too, LS. It'll be over soon.
