kls, I'm feeling better emotionally lately, although I have my worse days. Not to belittle you, but you likely know 5% of what I've been through. I can drive a psychotherapist batty in 20 minutes. But thank you very much for your kind words. :)
Edited to add: Oh Joel. I was up to 205 lbs. and you might have been into me then, but my cholesterol was 260 so I dropped 50 lbs. and got my cholesterol down to 140. Doc was amazed. Just changed my diet was all. Now that I'm skinny and shaved my head, I'm not bear-like at all, sorry. :( http://members.aol.com/cygnus97/pics/me81105.jpg
Cygnus, no one really knows what others are going through at least not everything ,and every one faces hard times and hard days but the point i was trying to make is that you seem to be learning to deal with the down days better then you were and that is something to be glad about.
