This is the only article I have seen. I think it could be true, but until it is confirmed by other sources I must remain skeptical.
Believe me, I would love to share it as an example of "Holy Spirit" running the congregations.

I sent it to my older brother the step down elder and he says it has nothing to do with the org. So, "Holy Spirit" is a good rebuttal
