As much as I can remember, with all the hurricanes this year, had you noticed that when Florida was hit by several storms that they did not have to wait for aid it was there for them right away. Do you think that the Bush administration was right on top of Florida with aid faster than those in the katrina storm ? Do you think it was because the presidents brother is governor or maybe because there were more people with money there ?

No Florida was not totally under water and not as densely packed as NO - The logistics meant it was going to be difficult to evacuate or get relief supplies to N.O. It was and is underwater so almost impossible to get the thousands of buses etc needed to get people out or supplies in. If a cat 5 was to hit Houston it would also be difficult but not as bad as N.O because Houston is not a bowl lying below sea-level like N. O. Nothing to do with the fact that Jeb Bush is Governor
