  For years the WTS said that the length of the Great Tribulation would be cut short on account of the annointed.

  The WT study on the "given ones" said that the other sheep would have no need to fear after the anointed are all dead because God will protect them. ( this must be before the end, otherwise why do they need protection) Others have shown from study articles that the WT now says all the anointed will be in heaven prior to Armageddy.

  If this is the case, the Tribulation cannot possibly pose a threat to the anointed. So the current teachings on the disgusting thing, sheep and goats, celestial phenomena, all have to apply to another group who are "chosen".

  Who are they? SEARCH ME!!!

  The WT has vacillated over whether some anointed go through the tribulation or if they all get their crowns in heaven beforehand. Who knows what the current light is on the matter.

  If this is the case, then Armageddon cannot be close at all. There are still over 8,000 Memorial partakers, and I don't think the Society wants to say they are all fakers (including those on the GB). Do we have to wait them to all die off or what....

  Wouldn't the "new light" depend on which way the wind is blowing?? Or maybe which GB didn't take their medication and is having delusions??

  Huh? Missed that one - can anyone point us to the particular articles?

  That Wt from 2000 is new light to me. The point about the anointed being in heaven before Armageddy, was in a June WT from the early to mid 90s.

  Of course certain doctrines shuffle around along with the rotation of the various committees at Brothel.
