Today, on my way home from school, I saw my previously stolen bike in front of a corner store. I first (big mistake) confronted the guy who stole my bike. The guy failed to comply. He then rushed up to me ripping off the quick release seat and then started to use it as a club against my head. Lucky for me, I was wearing my full face helmet, so the force just bounced off.
That's when my Tae Kwon Do training came in. Then, I did a roundhouse kick to his shins, a reverse side kick to his ribs and then an uppercut punch to his face. He then was placid until the police came, positivley ID's my bike and then let me go home with it.
I'm going to press charges in a civil court and make sure that he guives me the money to repair and replace my components which includes: severed brake cables, missing gear shifting cables, a rear saddle, and a new back tire, all costing around 250-300 dollars total.
And the best part is, I got to beat up somebody legally!
