That is a Shale Mine. Shale is normally ground up into a powder and used to make bricks.

Makes total sense to me ... the WTS are the antitypical brick makers who fled Spiritual Egypt. Shale, straw, same stuff. Freddie Franz saw this in a vision in the N.Y. Polo Grounds on the 8th day of the assemblies.
