several opposers replied to my post of a few days ago: do you jw's really have any hard facts to back up your claims that you and you alone have the truth? if I dont here from you I will assume your just brainwashed.

The Jehovah's have the Truth. They say they do and therefore they do. They say all other religions don't have and Truth and therefore they don't.
They say that God directs and speaks to them, so therefore God directs and speaks to them.
They say everyone will die but them, so therefore everyone will die but them.
They say they live in a paradise full of spiritual things, so therefore they do.
They say that God protects them and blesses them (except when he doesn't) so therefore He does.
They say their magazines are God speaking to us, so I take them and read them, and I believe this is the truth from God. I was raised a Catholic and now I know that giving charity to those who are starving to death is a waste of my time, and that helping those who are bleeding to death is an outrage and an abomination against Jehovah.
I will be baptized as soon as I can learn the answers to all those questions they have to ask me.
I will praise the name of Jehovah for the rest of my life. I'm on Death Row at San Quentin, but Jehovah can forgive me and he has. As soon as I can stop smoking I will be baptized, but I've almost quit already. I'm working out with weights and praying a lot and I know this is the true religion.
