I didn't quit my association with JWs until 1997. In 1994 I bought a Catholic Catechism and learned what they really believe (at least what the pope said). So during meetings or privately I would futily try to correct the 'brothers/teachers" on certain things. I was always spoken to harshly, reprimanded, told, "I was a Catholic, I KNOW what is taught." Oh well, so much for humility amongst the brotherhood......

No, but a teacher counselled me about having a worldly boyfriend he caught me kissing! He was a jw, and went strait to the elders with it!
