Court Shows on TV

I took the day off from work yesterday and I watched daytime TV.

I got a real kick out of the court shows.

Especially Judge Judy. She is a riot!

Does anyone else watch talk shows?

I don't usually watch the drama shows but we have Court TV, (forensic files,Nancy Grace) on 24/7

(edited-what a wonderful world of information we live in now,in a split second of my post the court tv banner ad pops up.It seems like only yesterday i started jr high school with black and white vacume tube tv and rotary dial mechanical telephone.

No matter what happens i will never lose the child like wonderlust in my eyes.

Judge Judy my Dads favourite - Makes me want to vomit. American TV has a lot to answer for, at least we got our own back with The Weakest Link.

My favorite is People's Court which is coming on in 12 minutes lol

I don't generally watch these shows either. I don't want to know what terrible and stupid things people do to each other...and then take on television. LOL

I always enjoyed Judge Maybelline on divorce court! She don't take no guff from no one!

I do have to say, Court TV is great! Over the years I have watched some pretty shocking and scandalous trials and learned alot about the legal system. Very entertaining and educational!

Colorado, why do you like that show? I think in many ways it perpetuates a stupid theatrical stereotype of black women. Perhaps I see it this way because black women have been my authority figures for most of my life. I cannot stand that finger snapping, head weaving b.s. It smacks of not being intelligent. I just hate attitude. In my mind, it comes off as weakness and an inability to secure a valid footing in an argument by taking the position of intimidator as versus communicator. What do you think?

I love Judge Judy, I tape it every day so I can watch it after work, I have been watching Judge Judy from day one.

I love it when she says ( Don't pee on my leg and then tell me its raining).
