I went for my first serious no bullshit session today. I know, terrible language and I do apologise for this. It's just that it is all becoming irretrievably concrete, factual, and so very legal in approach.

This is the beginning of chronology and putting dates and places to paper. I realise now that I do not impede the veracity of my evidence by updating you. I'm not breaking any law or undermining my case as I give no details; One of my abusers is still alive and red flagged and the ARC are very interested in the regularity of evidence they have heard from others regarding his sexual career as an elder. Apparently his methods did not change so much over the forty years of his sexual abuse.

When he truly hit the late 90s things had changed to some degree in this country and the law was more inclined toward the victim than the perpetrator. He only received a "reprove" after decades of sexual interference of young girls ranging from 11 (me) to about 12 or 13. He liked the less physically mature young ones for some reason.

I am being taught about this through the in depth organization I am being counselled by. I have been very anxious and lonely at times and wondered if I was a liar or something. They have told me it is PTSD but I asked them if we could do away with "a condition".
"No" They said. For this is a condition born of intense and unrelenting shock and events out of ones control so "No"

Now a timeline is being constructed in order for events to be put into a better chronology that is presentable to a legal team. No one could ever access what is going on except the court itself. Therefore I am able to take the society to court for not protecting me from two powerful people. My father who is dead and the elder who had a hold of me for about three or more months and is alive.

I will update you for the benefit of giving you insight into the internal mechanisms of the legal processes that the ARC initiated. I think it may be interesting and educational for us.

However, I don't wish to bore you either for I am no hero. I am angry deep at heart and want to cease all this sneaking around by the society. I understand at last from today's session, that money really does talk. Especially when the guilty party is losing it in pay outs.

You see. I realised that throughout my hearing, I ranted away, on and on and on.........afraid that I would be called a liar or have to give physical proof of the wrongs I had experienced in my childhood attachment to the society. The way I would describe these lovely people is..."loving and infinitely patient". I went away within days of giving testimony as I needed as much distance as I could afford. Upon my return, I mucked them around and around. I didn't turn up for appointments and found fantastic reasons for not doing so. Did they get angry? No.

They sent letters of support and encouragement, telling me that the next step was a formidable one and they would back me up on every level. Today I felt at my wits end and phoned them.

I asked them if this was all a waste of time. An exercise in the "gathering of information for the sake of information"

I told them I was afraid that it was all unreality and that if this was the case, then let us get to the bottom of it and cease the witch-hunt. Especially as I, for one, was in constant remorse for anything I may have said incorrectly. This was not considered a problem with the ARC as they have access to my medical records and court records. (Not that I was stealing or what ever. Rather, it was my father taking me to court to make me a ward of the state) Having clarified all of this and hence being reassured that I was a decent person throughout I was asked if I wanted to continue with legal aspect of it all. I hummed and haahed around, not wanting to commit. This is,very common with abuse survivors. They lack conviction whilst being convicted for crimes they did not perpetuate.

They (the ARC) don't want to push a person over the edge, but they do want a good witness to testify to the lack of concern, requisite legal obligation and such........of any child entrusted to them by a parent or group...

They want evidence of trustworthiness and pure motive for the existence of any social or religious group as a caveat for their existence, Sufficient to say, there has been minimal evidence of such motives and plenty of damning evidence to the contrary. ( A small dose of compassion and sorriness for what went wrong, may have been tremendously helpful to the investigative parties of ARC) But this was not to be. An honest, empathetic approach to this ugliness could have been so helpful in sorting out what needed to be done, within these so called 'groups' that are supposed to support the welfare and development of the minds and

bodies of young ones

I have agreed to go to court against the society and will be assisted with all aspects of my abuse and the chronology. It seems that even if a perpetrator is dead; the society he or she belonged to, is held accountable by virtue of their action or lack of action. I like Australian law

Go to Watchtower Documents Barbara Anderson's site. Type in ARC go to the last hearing of Geoffrey Jackson. Or. Simply go to Utube and type in the same name. G Jackson and the Australian Royal Commission. There is some excellent footage of this farce as it unfolded. G Jackson was a 'star' in the worst possible way and the RC were not fooled for a second. I was shown "on the new app" by an elder; how wonderfully accurate the Silver Sword is.

Jason Be'Dunne (hope I have spelled this correctly) is the author in support of this new bible and is endorsed by the society. I looked him up and down loaded
Truth In Translation, by this Jason person. Then I looked for peer reviews to see how other scholars reacted to this book. A book that seems to support the JWs new bible.

There were only two that bothered to analyse it and his own university distanced itself from the book. This did not bode well as far as accuracy and unbiased scholarly research is concerned. One of Jason's problems is that he is not a linguist.

Umbertoecho here. Please don't feel frustrated and start to believe that nothing will come of the investigations into child abuse. I promise you it is not over by a long shot. I sincerely assure you that this investigation is still highly active.

I think there is a general rule that has applied for decades here in Australia where any person covering up any crime, is committing a crime. I will check it out as this matter was raised in the RC by Justice McClellan

Alive. Thanks for clearing that up. I can well imagine what happened to that poor woman. I was threatened with legal action if I took any further action. How about that?! This was in 1996/7. After that ..........years later, when my sister was ill I was told to phone her up and say sorry about my revelations. What!? I could not believe this was happening, I was gob smacked at the atrocity of some human beings. Looking back upon it. I realise that there were court cases coming to the fore and that I must have posed a real threat to the the family and the religion. That's why they went nuts at me. They had to shut me up quickly.

Did this woman ever leave the religion? Did she ever take the guilty one to court? It's never too late you know.

I have been there and given my testimony. Helen Milroy and her assistants were there along with another group of people who are there to lend assistance if you crack up at any time during or after the hearing. I did not crack up but can see how this happens.

Security is tight and anonymity is sacred to them as they want to protect all who come forward. I think it may be too late for me as I found out I am being "researched already" by WT as of yesterday 5th January 2016. They are going right back into my childhood; calling upon childhood friends that I once knew in an attempt to gain insights into the past. This is disturbing but to be expected. I'm too determined to give in to this sort of crappy ploy.......So go ahead WT do your best, you won't win. Lie away and see what happens you rotten to the core enablers, with your slimy lawyers. The ARC is on to you. And Mr O Tool is going to suffer for his deceit.

Hours are spent in gaining information; as many hours as are required. I gave them full permission to investigate hospital records, court records, death certificates.........the lot. It turns out that one of my abusers is well known and still alive. My experience was a perfect mirror of others that they had heard. I saw a recognition in their faces as I spoke of this other man. I stopped and said......." He's still alive isn't he?" They looked at each other and complicitly agreed to let me know he is and he never stopped abusing children in the past four or five decades since me and those others who were children with me. No. He never stopped. He was only reproved for his 'sin'. He will end up in court and I'll be there along with the others......

The letter I gave them was important to them. Don't think that information is passed up by them. They are not the "society" they are a legal body of people who want to stop this sort of harm from continuing on. And they don't care what religion or group they are offending as they dig away with a persistence that I find incredibly gratifying. They are not concerned with the feelings or the power of any religion.

Mighty V8 has supported me strongly, but on the actual day I had to go alone for I couldn't bear to have any one with me. I wanted to stay focused I needed to keep my anger infront of my eyes. Not a hot anger. No. I have an ice cold anger that has kept me going.

I took no notes as I could never forget what my life had been like and how I was still fighting for validation and acceptance of the facts. My memories are vivid and etched forever like a great big white scar. I think if God exists he must be a cold white eye in the sky, casually ignoring all that has happened upon this earth.

I could not allow any form of affection. They were crying for me at one stage and this made me sad for I could not let me cry for I may never stop. I was almost brutal in delivering my experiences. I know I must have sounded harsh and deeply angry...they were wanting to hold me and I pushed them away. Amazingly they understood how damaged I was and were not offended. I wish I could be kind to them now but I was too afraid of losing the train of thought, the chronology and was re living it all.

Everything is recorded in duplicate. No one has to go into a detail that will cause danger to the soul or heart. Strangely this lack of pressure enabled me to tell it all, but I did find myself to be almost mechanical at one stage as I recounted. Almost like floating in the air......a very odd feeling.

These people are gifted in their field of work and they have my undying love. I saw the exhaustion on their faces that day, we were all worn out, too tired to give a damn if our clothing was crumpled or hair was lank..........Hard working and dedicated to the task would hardly describe my take on the work they are doing.

They are the hero's really. I don't want to allow any one to undermine them or the victims who are coming forward with such statements as ..........." Nothing will happen.....or.........It's important on this forum but not in JWland" If you are thinking this then you may as well head off back to your lovely kingdom hall and wait for Armageddon........for it may well come YOUR way.

There are women and men here who are still gathering the courage to come forward, so please don't undermine them.

Alive. It's umberto here and I assure you that the above comment is not accurate at all. WT is very worried about law suits as a result of the ARC. They are tracking down legally trained people within the congregations and any accountants they can gather to assist with monetary advice. I handed the BOE letter to them as soon as I walked into the room. The commissioners took that letter very seriously. Heads together, they read it through, looked up and thanked me, then faxed it off, took copies and gave it back hours later.

This person 'makeme', is not aware of what is going on and is speaking for the sake of speaking. But the words are ill considered and definitely not informed. Alive. May I ask a question for clarification?

Were you aware of the abuse of children all those years ago?
