Ahh... I see. Hope you grow a magnificent one!
By the way, sounds like you have a cool wife, minus the JW part. Perhaps she's a rebel at heart...
(picture taken from the wt study some weeks back).
all these years, i've always dreaded waking up early for field service.
i'm a night owl & love to sleep late, so it was excruciating for me to have to wake up early in the mornings & go door knocking.

Right. What's up with beards & goatees used to depict wordly people anyway??
another vomit-inducing study article.
would just like to highlight a few paragraphs from it (blondie would probably do a more in-depth analysis as usual):.
9 first of all, jehovah reveals the truth about himself.
hello first of all to those that remember me.
i'm doing well, 10 years since my missionary trip to cameroon.
i've met a couple of goals.
I actually misread & thought you said he was a fine person... LOL
Stupid...

All these years, I've ALWAYS dreaded waking up early for field service. I'm a night owl & love to sleep late, so it was excruciating for me to have to wake up early in the mornings & go door knocking. What forced me to go out was family expectations, peer pressure, and... most importantly was the fact that I often had to conduct the meeting for field service! Actually, the love for service was NEVER in me. I was always thinking of what to have for lunch LOL! I'm so relieved that I NEVER have to wake up early for field service EVER AGAIN & am enjoying my days AWAY from the group!
Oh yeah, I'm currently inactive, by the way

If you will reread my post, you will find that I was trying to make a correlation between his persona and its effect on the Jehovah's Witness community and Organization.
Apologies. I misunderstood the point you were trying to make
some people point out the subliminal pictures in the wtbts publications but sometimes things are just so obvious, such as the title of the book above.. the person who came up with the title for this book must have had a good old laugh.. interestingly, this book first came out in 1988 and has not been included in the online library but nothing has replaced it.
the org is really going backwards when they ditch old light and cannot come up with anything new.
they are real wankers ;)..
The title was a big disappointment. Nothing in that book made me climax! =P
More like an anti-climax to me

Lieu:
It's a good thing neither Jesus nor his Apostles owned a papyrus shop or worse, thought as JWs. The crowds of thousands would have been expected to happily return home with a scribbled scripture and growling stomachs ... like poor in means JWS leaving a Convention.
Hey, at least Jesus fed the crowds properly on various occasions. The GB has fed us too... with bullshit!

FastJehu, that's deep analysis. Something else for us to think about. Thanks for bring that up!
