  Definition of "Active Publisher" depends on the context

  i don't know what the current definitive rule is that determines whether someone is viewed as an "active publisher" or not.

  i've seen comments suggesting that it is reporting a certain minimum number of hours per month which seems reasonable.. what is interesting is how they change the definition of what an active publisher is based on the context.

  normally, you are never doing enough, however much you are doing, and too little or some missed reporting will get you a talking to.. but note how they class 'active' in one of the latest body of elders letters:.

  If you can't make the quota - tweek the definition of "active" and lower the standards.See how easy-peasy it is to keep the numbers nice and massaged. Always wondered if they get some kind of tax break or subsidy for the numbers of active pubs staying above a certain amount? Why else would they be so obsessed with them, apart from using the stats as a propaganda tool of course.

  What you see is definitely not all there is with these people. Also, all the more reason for everyone to stop reporting!

  so.. some asshole visits another asshole but a mob erupts and wants to rape the visiting asshole.. the host asshole offers his daughter and the visiting asshole's concubine to appease the mob.. sure enough.. the concubine ends up gang raped and murdered.

  in the morning the visiting asshole loads her up on his donkey, takes her home, dismembers her body into 12 pieces and sends it to all the tribes to incite war.. so an army of 22,000 is formed, some prick goes and asks jehovah if they should go and destroy the gang raping mob.. and jehovah says 'yes.. do it.

  they go to fight and loose all 22,000 die.

  been hearing this from various people from the cong that jw.org is a clear sign that god is directing the org.. i have various friends in the it dept not only in brooklyn but mexico and colombia, just a fact there is 5 to 6 it dept all over the world that give support to jworgie 24/7... so i have ask them how they came up with the website wich is not the best but not the worst by far.

  all four of them told me the same story, there is a brother in florida that is profesor of some kind computer class and as project he made them work on the website so students of these college helped launch this site.. so more like jah backing it has more like satan backing...

  CO Visit this week

  so this week is our co visit, the first with the new arrangement where the second mid-week meeting has been deleted.

  so only 1 "service talk" by the co.. this time, i decided to listen with a different focus.

  listen like it was a sales meeting (i have been to many, and hated them all).. ok, so we go thru the obligatory theocratic ministry school, blah blah blah, so wonderful.

  Ah yes, the elders and the CO, aka the suckers and the suckee, yep that's so encouraging for us regular untitled folk to watch that shameless love-fest. Hopefully all the CO meetings will soon only consist of "give more, do more, you're all worthless and weak blah blah" and more people will wake up.

  i just never could keep up with all the jw reading material.

  as a zealous jw, it was my desire to read every word published by the org, but i just couldn't do it.

  Since waking up I have been binge-reading on all the books I missed out on whilst in my JW coma. I had forgotten how much I actually love reading and studying, after being force-fed JW's crappy publications for years I thought I hated reading. Turns out it was just the material that I hated. Go figure.

  Arrange a 1/2 cup of rasberries in a cute little bowl, then dollop a spoonful of plain greek yoghurt on top.

  Sprinkle a few broken walnuts around and drizzle with maple syrup.
