Sad but true. Since JW children are not loved just for being born and being themselves the only thing born-ins have is their specialness at being second third fourth generation JW.
Coz inherited specialness is sooo special. The bible says so.

An honest question for those who were "born-in"
by stuckinarut2 injust wanted to ask a question of those who were born in as i was.. how did you feel to have been "privileged to have been born into the only true faith - the truth"?.
did this make you feel confident, or proud - or perhaps arrogant?.
how did you reconcile the fact that 99% of the earth's population was not born "into the truth"?.

Once I figured out it was lies and harmful to my mental health my conscience would not allow me to continue to attend just to pretend. I figured continuing to attend would be helping support the numbers and I didn't want to give one more thing to this cult.
But, even when I was PIMI I reckoned at least half of the congregation didn't know or care if it was actually true they just liked the social aspects. Not exactly proof just a hunch I had.

unfortunately, the watchtower continues to try and argue that so called "mature minors" (11-17 years old) should be allowed to follow their irrational policy on blood, even if death could result.

In the last 20 years How Many Changes Have Occurred in Watchtower Beliefs?

they believe that what they teach is the truth that comes directly from jehovah god.

When the changes are altogether it's quite an impressive list of "scratch thats" but when you're in there the changes are introduced in such a way that you don't really notice anything changing drastically.
They are careful to keep the prescription for spiritual health stable and predictable.
Pray more, study more, witness more, give more, do more etc, and while your focused on this "formula" they change the furniture around on you.The last few years have been continual adjusting to the way they do things with no sign of the changes stopping anytime soon.
Round and round and round they go where they stop nobody knows - cept the GB of course.

How do the foreign language Congregations find people to call on?

she knows i'm a jdub and an activist as have filled her in warts and all about watchtower.. she came up to me today explaining how a couple of polish witnesses came to her door.
she was curious as to how they knew to call on her door knowing she was polish.

Foreign language is followed up the same way as deaf people.
