  playing dirty as it can, trying to silence dissenters.. the john cedars channel on youtube has been taken down after the posting of a video critique of regional (district) convention leaked videos.. sounds like something putin would do in russia.

  i have an uneasy feeling inside that something is coming this year or the next.

  perhaps a new big announcement that turns jwdom on it's head.. we've seen the statement in the watchtower november 15th, 2013 which said:.

  I think they're definitely preparing people for more shrinkage and consolidations and they want people nice and pre-guilted for daring to even think about not liking it. One message I get from this is "it's not if you are reassigned it's when."

  With JW broacasting " big mother" is already on their screens and in their lounge rooms so dialing up the "you must be prepared for any eventuality and announcement" makes sense as it keeps people glued to JW broadcast for news. The ultimate clickbait.

  The sub-message is harder to identify but continued adjustments of one kind or another is guarranteed.

  All I know is one of the questions I ask myself these days when watching the news is "why this story and why now." Several reasons for this one being the news seems all about sensationalizing the trivial while real stories get buried. Accountability seems all but gone. Nightcrawler and Network come to mind.

  i am sitting here watching my pioneering wife get service time ‘writing letters’ to not-at-homes.

  she has a long list of names and addressees where the jws in field service never got anyone home.

  the letter is simply a word for word copy, handwritten on note paper, then sent in the usmail.

  Clever actually. I'd say the hijab market would be a huge untapped market for mainstream fashion. So if they could make the hijab fashionable and cool for western women at the same time as marketing it to muslim women... wow hello new fashion trend.

  What about the part where the sister is talking about being "assigned" to a different cong and sister self-sighteous and sister no-backbone tell her "well I'm going where I'm told, so there you weak-ass bitch."

  The elder from the back of hall notices the sisters "talking" and looks like he's about to march down there and break it up until sister's loyal and obedient "say the right thing."

  They make out it's wrong to want to go to the same cong as your friends and family!

  My god talk about orwellian.
