I was working with a sister one day and the person who opened the door said they were an atheist, the sister said...oh, that's O.K. we speak to people of all religions. I almost fell over with embarrassment. DIMPLES

What smell takes you back to your dub days?

old heated paint.

let me explain.

the old kh i went to would give off this strange smell of burnt paint ever time the central heating was put on.

I'm with Billygoat on this one, moth balls...lots of the elderly smelled like them and whenever I smell moth balls it gives me a flashback.

Update on sunspot

it went well, the plastic surgeon doesnt think its cancer or could turn to cancer but he wants to take it out anyway, as the nurse said we have sent things off we didnt think was cancerous and they returned back being cancer.

the only downfall is for a 10 min surgery i have to pay $1000 for the hospital for the day, and on a pension its almost impossible.

so they gave me the number of another surgeon who operates in his centre rather than hospital, so its cheaper, so just waiting for referral and then i will be seen by him.

last week was the 13th anniversary of my baptism into the borg, and i celebrated it by writing a letter of disassociation to the uk hq.

this has been acknowledged, and i am out of the wt!

the dubs who came round to confirm it commented on the date, so i told them it was quite deliberate, kind of rounds things off nicely, don't you think?
